E. Energy Department
Energy Department performs overall technical consulting works to offer the optimal improvement plans for energy saving such as energy diagnosis, ESCO, Smart Grid, Smart ICT (FEMS, BEMS), establishment of EnMS, Green Remodeling, checking the performances of mechanical equipment, and so on.
Climate Change Department
Climate Change Department performs the tasks of estimate and report of greenhouse gas emission, planning, execution, and management of greenhouse gas reduction activities, according to the related regulations to respond the climate changes and reduce the greenhouse gases.
New Renewable Energy Department
New Renewable Energy Department performs the tasks of installation and operation of equipment in the new renewable energy field sch as sunlight, solar heat, fuel cell, and so on as well as consulting and marketing to operate the equipment.
TAB & Commissioning Department
TAB & Commissioning Department reviews the systems on the air-conditioning equipment to meet the design purposes through scientific and rational verification procedure, and adjusts the procedure. It reviews the materials related to the air-conditioning equipment including drawing, load calculation table, and various data referring to the design, and performs the onsite measurement and adjustment to prepare the reports.
Engineering Department
Design Department performs the design works for the equipment of construction machinery, electricity, telecommunication, and firefighting systems on various buidlings such as general buildings, apartments, factories, plants, and so on. To perform design works, it establishes the basic plan first upon checking customer’s requirements and regulations. Based on the basic plan, the optimal system is selected after the analyses of economy, convenience, stability, and so on, and design works are performed to make drawing and documents applying the selected system. Design works consist of drawing preparation to visualize the planned system using CAD/BIM; preparation of specifications (general and special specifications) to document the design plan; and preparation of calculation tables (calculations of equipment capacity and loads). Depending on the project characteristics, reviews on new technologies/engineering and regulations are additionally performed.
Company R&D Center
In collaboration with Energy Department, Company R&D Center performs the developments of technologies to reduce energy and greenhouse gases, counter strategies against climate changes, and energy control system, as well as related research projects.
