Developmental background of BEMS
- Facilities and equipment in the domestic buildings are in the modernizing trend while their operational technologies are poor and stagnant, which requires the professional control by integrated energy control applying ICT.
- With modernization of buildings, functionality and convenience are prioritized, resulting in the significant increase of energy consumptions. To save the energy cost and prevent climate changes maintaining functionality and convenience, energy-saving integrated control is necessary to save the energy in the buildings.
- Energy consumption for air-conditioning and electric equipment accounts for about 83% in the buildings during the operational stage, which urgently requires the efficient operational control by BEMS.

Intelligent electric grid (Smart Grid)
- Smart Grid is the next generation electric grid technology optimizing energy efficiency applying ICT to the existing grid to exchange the real-time power information (power generation and consumption information) between supplier and consumer bidirectionally. Energy saving project (ESCO)
- It is a project that ESCO develops and suggests the improvement points of energy saving by energy diagnosis and collects the investment costs by guaranteeing or confirming the performance of energy saving through the contract with energy users.
- SINIL E&C holds the equipment, assets, and professionals for ESCO according to the energy use rationalization act and secures the competency to perform energy saving projects in a variety of fields successfully such as energy, environment, ICT, and so on with M&V technique based on lots of experiences and investments on the energy saving institutions.
Standard contract of ESCO

- Direct funding for facility investment by energy user
- ESCO guarantees the energy saving amount according to the installation of energy saving equipment, and it compensates the balance if the committed amount is not reached after the installation.

Green Remodeling
- Green remodeling is the ecofriendly building remodeling to improve the performances of the existing building that requires the enhancement of energy performance and efficiency. It is the policy project of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport together with LH to enhance the energy efficiency of the existing old buildings and increase the values by offering pleasant and healthy housing environment.
- SINIL E&C was registered as a vendor for green remodeling based on the accumulated experiences and technologies over 20 years with design and construction supervision related to construction equipment, and engineering projects to enhance the energy efficiency of factories and buildings. The company is under discussion to apply lowering equipment of peak load, energy control device, new renewable energy construction, high-efficiency devices, and so on to the green remodeling project, together with constructions to improve building performances.
